What we collect

When you use the booking or contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, contact details, your tattoo idea, references and any notes you add. If you upload a reference image, we store that file so the artist can view it.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and plan your tattoo. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is stored

Enquiries are sent to the studio by email. Where email is not available, submissions may be stored securely on the studio's server so that nothing is lost. Reference images are stored in a folder that is not publicly listed and cannot be executed by the server.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to keep a record of your tattoo. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting the studio.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors need better information. Analytics events record actions such as clicking a phone number or opening the booking page. They do not include the content of your enquiry.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. If analytics or embedded maps are enabled, they may set their own cookies.
